Free Shipping (orders over £50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Returns Policy

While we hope you’ll adore your retro finds as much as we do, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Here’s how our hassle-free returns work:

Return Eligibility

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our most delicate vintage pieces, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Kimonos & Waistcoats with removed authenticity tags
  • Personalized or altered items

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

  2. Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging. For delicate items like lace tops or vintage dresses, please use protective wrapping
  3. Ship your return to our Glasgow address using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns):

Refund Information

Once we receive and approve your return:
