At Style Luma, we want you to love your retro finds as much as we do. While each piece is carefully curated, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our policy is designed with the same care we give to our 70s dresses and kimonos.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All returns must be sent via tracked mail

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our most delicate vintage pieces, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Kimonos & Waistcoats with removed authenticity tags
  • Personalized or altered items

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
  2. Package your item: Include all original tags and packaging. For delicate items like lace tops, please use protective wrapping
  3. Ship your return: Send to our Glasgow address using a tracked service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for international returns)
  4. Wait for processing: We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (allow 5-10 days for your bank to post)
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Exchange requests: We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your vintage treasure arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
